An oil based gel-filled promotional phone charms with solid PVC logo elements that float and move around inside the unit.  The logo is screen printed onto the PVC casing. Gel filled charms can be produced in various shapes as long as they remain quite simple. The liquids are safe and non toxic. A variety of branded floating elements can be added.
