How To Order

How do I place an order?
We accept cheques, bankers drafts, postal orders, BACs, CHAPs electronic transfers and credit card payments over the phone. Please call us with the products and quantities you wish to order or use the sales enquiry form and we will contact you. We require your name, phone number, company name and address. We reserve the right to decline credit card payment options for large amounts on your first order.

When will Anokimobi deliver my order?
We aim to despatch all orders within five working days of receiving the order, depending on stock availability. If there is any problem with supplying a particular item, we will tell you at the time of ordering. We may contact you by email or by telephone. All UK orders are despatched via registered post.

What are your payment terms for orders?
We accept the following methods of payment: cheques, bankers drafts, postal orders, BACs and CHAPs transfers and credit card payments over the phone in UK Sterling. . Please make sure that all cheques are drawn on a UK bank, are denominated in Sterling and are made payable to Anokimobi Ltd. What is your returns policy?
We will make a full refund on any goods returned within seven working days of you receiving them if you find them to be faulty. Parcels should be returned via a recorded delivery service to:

Do your products come with a warrantee?
All products available from Anokimobi are supplied with a 6 to 12 month manufacturers warranty where applicable.

What are you minimum order quantities?
We supply bulk orders to retail and sales outlets in the UK. Prices to be advised on application. We supply goods to retail outlets and distributors and prices are based upon quantity; the more units you buy the lower the unit price.

Can you brand items with a company or product logo?
Yes. Our minimum order of customisation items and giveaways is around 5000 units. Depending on the complexity of your product and design, prices will vary but we will provide you with a full quote once we have your specification. Prices to be advised on submission of sales enquiry.
